Statement pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75

All persons that appear in any visual portrayal of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this Website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual image was produced. Records required for all depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct by Title 18 U.S.C. 2257 are on file with the appropriate Records Custodian. All other visual depictions displayed on this Website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. 2257, 2257A and/or 28 C.F.R. 75, because 1) they do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2)(A) (i) through (iv), 2) they do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. section 2257A, 3) they do not portray conduct listed in 18 U.S.C. section 2256(2)(A)(v) produced after July 27, 2006, or 4) are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.

The records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 2257(A) and 28 C.F.R. 75 for all materials contained in the website are kept by the following Custodian of Records:

In addition to the records held by the Custodian, SplitClips itself verifies every Seller's age and identity before any content can be published (government-issued photo ID plus a dated selfie, reviewed manually) and retains its own copy of those verification records for at least seven years after the Seller's content was last made available, including after the account is closed — see our Privacy Policy.

Scope

This statement applies to all content uploaded to SplitClips depicting actual sexually explicit conduct, as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Records are retained in accordance with applicable US federal record-keeping requirements for the period required by law.

Third-party content

Individual Sellers are independently responsible for maintaining their own § 2257 records for content they produce and upload, and warrant that all persons depicted are verified adults, consistent with our Age Verification Policy.

Relationship to UK law

Independently of the US federal record-keeping regime above, all content is additionally subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which reflects UK legislation including the Protection of Children Act 1978, the Coroners and Justice Act 2009, and the Crime and Policing Act 2026. Verification under this statement does not replace or limit the separate, independent obligations arising under that legislation.
