1. Zero tolerance for content involving minors

These prohibitions, and every other rule in this policy, apply equally and without limitation to public content, creator storefronts, private messages, tips, media attachments exchanged in messages, and every other communication channel on the Platform. There is no space on the Platform, public or private, where this policy does not apply in full.

SplitClips has an absolute zero-tolerance policy for any content depicting, describing, simulates, or references anyone under the age of 18 in a sexual context, in any form whatsoever. This includes drawn, animated, deepfake, or artificially generated depictions, whether or not based on or resembling a real person, and regardless of whether the depiction is presented, or intended to be understood, as real, fictional, or stylised. There is no exception for content that does not depict a real child.

This policy reflects, and is not limited by, the following UK legislation: the Protection of Children Act 1978; section 62 of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009; and the Crime and Policing Act 2026, which expressly extends the definition of prohibited material to AI-generated depictions of children whether or not they depict a real person, criminalises the creation, possession, or distribution of AI models optimised to generate such material, and creates specific offences for website operators and moderators who knowingly facilitate the sharing of such material.

Any content found to breach this clause will be removed immediately upon discovery, the associated account permanently terminated without notice, and a report made without delay to the relevant authorities, which may include the National Crime Agency, the Internet Watch Foundation, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

2. All performers must be verified adults

All Sellers must complete identity and age verification before uploading content, per our Age Verification Policy and 2257 Compliance Statement. Content featuring any person other than the verified account holder requires that person's own verified consent on file.

3. Prohibited content

• Content involving minors, in any form, including simulated or drawn depictions presented as real.
• Non-consensual content, including hidden-camera or "revenge" content, or content of a person who has not consented to its sale.
• Content depicting bestiality, extreme violence, or content otherwise illegal in the UK or the jurisdiction in which it was produced.
• Content that infringes another party's copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Using, hosting, linking to, or facilitating access to any "nudification" tool or purported intimate image generator, or any screenshot or recording of an intimate image taken without the depicted person's consent, in accordance with the Crime and Policing Act 2026. A report of non-consensual intimate image content will be actioned with removal no later than 48 hours after receipt, in line with that Act's platform takedown duty.
• Requesting, or asking another user — including through a Custom Order or a message — to create a manipulated, AI-generated, or otherwise fabricated intimate depiction of any real person without that person's knowledge and consent, whether or not the image is ever produced (an offence under section 66F of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, inserted by section 138 of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025).

4. Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or doxxing of any user.
• Soliciting or arranging off-platform payment to avoid platform fees.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity or age.
• Attempting to circumvent content protection, age verification, or moderation systems.
• Spam, scraping, or automated abuse of the Platform.

5. Reporting

Any user can report content or another user directly from their profile or a message thread. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team — see our Content Removal and Complaints Procedure for details and response times.

6. Consequences

Depending on severity, violations may result in content removal, a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Content involving minors or other serious illegal content will always result in immediate termination and, where required by law, referral to the relevant authorities.
